Tom,

I think I would have to list Narcosis as the #1 problem due to diving
deep on air (200+) and Oxygen toxicity as not even a close #2 at depth due
to the limited exposures times seen at depth.  

However, looking at the entire dive, then oxygen toxicity is probably 
even with IGN as to risk.

Just my 2cents worth.
