John,
I have no problem with that. I think the true risk is one of the 
combined effects of Narcosis, 02 toxicity, and CO2. While each is 
threatening I think the combined reaction adds to the danger of air 
dives below 200 feet. As stated earlier the primary reason to avoid 
dives below 200 feet is  history reflects a impressive record of deaths 
due to one or more of the factors we are discussing. I think we agree 
on that.
