Subject: Re: Legalities of purging someone
Once, again, we hear from the usual susppects. Travis, are you not the
idiot who told me deep air diving is a great idea for you and that you
have the "ability" to do it? Your opinion is worthless, and you just
proved it one more time.

All we have heard from on here is people who have a problem with me, and
people who are in the category of "Personae Non Aqua" on the wrong side
of this obvious argument.

reaction in an emergency. But that hasn't been the only argument given against
it. The procedure does have the capability to do great harm as well as great
good.

the victim die despite my efforts than use a procedure where they could die
because of my efforts. For me it's an ethical consideration, not a legal one.
It's like if someone is choking, I'll use the Heimlich and not a tracheometry.
It may not be as effective, but it's what I'm competent to do. Or what about
an appedicitis? Just because I know where the appendix is and how do use a
knife, don't ever expext me to do
> As for who to dive with: dive with people who will only have each others
best interests at heart and will act immediately (without fear of reprisal)
towards those interests in the case of an emergency. Pretty much Rule 1 if I'm
not mistaken.
