I use gatoraid and cut it 50% with filtered water or get the powder version and use 1/2 the recipe. I will drink it in the morning before the dive until I piss clear, and 1/2 gallon after. Needless to say you can usually find me on the leeward rail pumping the bilges on the ride home.
