You need one to two gallons per day of "spring water", and as to sports
drinks, the best I have come across for "rehydration" and energy is the Twin
Labs product, Hydra Fuel. The other sports drink this company makes, Ultra
Fuel has more carbs, but is to dense to allow good rehydration---it is fine
in the gym, but outdoors with cycling, or even a hot day on the boat/diving,
rehydration will require a much less hypertonic mix. Hydra fuel and water,
alternating would be a good plan.
