So you're saying that all the health screening and physical conditioning
that Bill constantly preaches wouldn't have made a difference here?

This dosen't mean much when Dan will still let you dive with mix in a stage
and air on your back.

Unfortunately, most of Bill's 'nonsense' would have prevented the last two
of these deaths, so why shouldn't he assume it would have for this one?
