Your wasting your time trying to straighten out this idiot.  In fact one
day he to will come home in a box due to his stupidity.  The rule is
simple...  just as in the gas you breath (if you don't check it don't
breath it), If you don't personally check EVERY aspect of your gear before
the dive don't get in the water!!!!  Greg Z (and many others) will never
understand the simple logic behind this thinking.
