Tom, Did you also notice that the Eskimo's eat a lot of fish which has certain amino acids that help to eliminate fats, etc? If people went on a "fish diet" they'd find they wouldn't have the fat problems associated with other meat sources (such as beef or chicken), however I can quote some more osteoperosis (courtesy of the wife) articles for you, and I'll be more then happy to do so for you next week.
