As JJ alluded to, neither you (or me) are nutritionists, and we really shouldn't be commenting on this type of diet. I think it's safe for us to all say that high fats (especially saturated) are bad, but that's really it. However, I will continue to provide documented peer-reviewed scientific papers discussing how too much protein can be bad for you, especially when you're advocating a diet which consists of more then 90% protein and fat, and less then 10% carbohydrates.
