Tom, this is the very type of high protein based ketogenic diet that
I have been bitching about. This is an unsafe and unbalanced diet.
Please speak to a nutritionist as soon as you can.

As JJ alluded to, neither you (or me) are nutritionists, and we
really shouldn't be commenting on this type of diet. I think it's
safe for us to all say that high fats (especially saturated) are bad,
but that's really it. However, I will continue to provide documented
peer-reviewed scientific papers discussing how too much protein can
be bad for you, especially when you're advocating a diet which
consists of more then 90% protein and fat, and less then 10%
carbohydrates.

This is unbalanced, unsafe, and unhealthy.

Have a happy easter everyone,

Ken
