Find a heavy duty pair rubber gloves at the hardware store. Glue a viking latex wrist seal onto the glove. Use a pair of thinsulate gloves for insulation. Works great and fairly cheap too! I've only seen it work latex to latex seals. P.S. you will need a straw to link the air in your suit to the gloves.
