the most important thing you mentioned is " i can dispose of it with one

 Try rolling the liftbag, and placing it through two bungie loops at the base
of 
 your backplate. It is out of the drag stream and can be removed with one
hand.
 
 I keep tools in a nylon sack; not the mesh bug bag material, but a solid
nylon 
 cloth bag with a bug-bag type wire closure. I can clip it off to a D ring,
or 
 carry it, and it does not hang up on the wreck like a mesh bag. If it gets 
 snagged, or the shit hits the fan I can dispose of the whole thing with one 
 motion.
