     Richard, the tec bc's are bettter than a lot of
just plain bc's in that they are studier, especially
the black diamond, but most are just efforts to charge
a lot of money for nothing. BC's are fro sigle tank diving.
That Zeigle nonsense is totally ridiculous (trying to 
strap doubles in with cam belts). 
      When you go to doubles, use the harness, plate, and
wings like the pro's do. Raimo makes a good point about
using these things, see his post. If I bought a bc, it
would hgave to be a Scuba Pro (non-technical), just 
like thier non-tecnical regulator (the G-250) - still
the best , no matter what. - George
