I had burst discs blow under normal pressures twice on OMS 121's, once 
late at night in my garage (I thought the hot water heater had blown up 
the noise was so loud) and I don't recall the other occassion. PS I sold 
both tanks long ago as I use almost all 3500 psi gear.
