Is MDE a manufacturer?  If so, are there manifolds the same as those sold by
Divers Supply or Dive Rite or any other Brand

Yes MDE is a manufacturer here in the UK of many diving related components
(valves, manifolds, custom whips, decanting hoses etc)

They make a modular (hence the name) system - the valves they make are
available with both a left hand and right hand knobs.  The other side of the
knob has a screw in blanking fixture so they can be used as single valves if
required. Infamous ASCII art follows:-

The valves can then have a alternative take off added (by removal of the blank
off and a 2nd valve installed) this allows for redundant first stages of a
single cylinder - ends up looking like an upside down h

To make them into either an isolated or non isolated manifold - you take one
left hand valve, one right hand valve and either a non isolated centre piece
(ie no centre valve) or a centre piece with a isolater valve

As they manufacture different lenght centres they can accomofate different
diameter cylinders

All valves can be O2 cleaned

I do not beleive ythis is the same as Dive rite system -  the design seems to
be unique to MDE
