MDE are a manufacturer, they make standard pillar valves, manifolds, and 
compressors, also portable filter towers. I do not know if they are sold in 
the US under other names.

Currently they manufacture both left and right valves, secondary takeoffs 
(like a Y valve), a standard manifold and an isolating manifold. The 
current manifolds fit either doubles using either 10Litre or 12 Litre 
cylinders.
