What little I know, look for a SONY with the lowest Lumen rating you can 
find. Get an Amphibico aluminum housing, mine's been to over 400 feet and 
has never leaked. The fellow I used to go to for all my advice, who 
incidentally supplied National Geographic with most of their video stuff 
has since passed away.
