Subject: Underwater video help

I bought a Sony tr400 video camera and Subxero housing recently.  You need
to decide if you want hi8.  Then get lowest lux rating.  You can't compare
lux rating from one manufacturer to the other.  The housing I purchased has
manual controls.  If the housing floods, that's one less repair expense I
would have, not having electronic controls.  I think it's rated to 300 ft.
It's made of pcv tube.  This housing is much less expensive than Amphibico
which was my other choice.
