Are we repeating 1991 all over again or is this a way that PADI is trying 
to monopolize a niche market by throwing smoke over the water. Can any 
one provide the details of these discussions between these parties.



Can anyone provide me details on SSI's position on nitrox and their 
program?

Have an instructor here who is issuing SSI nitrox cards but is not ANDI, 
IANTD, or TDI certified



Last question,

A previous student of mine came back from taking a cavern/cave class in 
the Lake city FL area.  The person (previous EANx student who past!) 
promptly informed me, while he tried to get a nitrox fill in unlabeled 
tanks from me, that the student was told ( by an unknown source -the 
reason I don't believe this really happened but just in case...) that 
Tanks no longer had to be labeled. Does any one know the source or why 
this is being expressed. I know of no agency that supports this 
philosophy.
