Jonathan,

Any tank that holds approximately 100cu.ft. of air will experience
a bouyancy swing of about 7.5 pounds from empty to full (air has a density
of 0.07493 lb/c.ft.  The only difference between brands will be the empty
bouyancy values (some are neutral, other are negative, and aluminum 100's
are positive when empty).
