Decent care about the ship's operations is in order, and obviously a
synthesis of the divers and captains capabilities, however, the goal
remains constant, that is guarantying safety ( I refrain from saying 
"absolute" since this will never be reached),
but your price tags worry me. Here we pay for a ex service fishing boat
which can accomodate 35 divers ( not that we fill it up like that) 800
Euro per day.

Similar in France, Spain.

On a typical well run small boat with 8 divers I pay like 50 Euro per
day.
