You are completely right I obviusly haven't done much diving, today! But I
wouldn't do anything as jackass as what you just suggested. I would never
get an "air" fill (dirty air or a fill from an unknown source) and then go
blow O2 on top of it.

You are absolutely right stickers don't mean shit - when on tanks by owned
by someone who doesn't give a shit.
