Rich, The reason I said that visual inspection and oxygen clean stickers are kind of silly is that they only prove the tank was clean at some point in the past year. For all you know, it could be half full of oil now. And even if there are a bunch of hydrocarbons inside it isn't like the tank is going to catch fire in the fill station. The real risk is sucking contaminants into your lungs, or having them clog your regulator filters. All tanks need to be kept completely clean so just because some tanks see higher oxygen contents doesn't mean they can or should be somehow made even more clean. But the shop owners like to see the sticker so I just play along; it's not like the small difference in fees is really worth arguing over. Check the archives and you'll see that Trey doesn't have any oxygen clean stickers on his tanks.
