What is kind of silly? The fact that some poor shop owner requests you to
show proof that the cylinder you present to be filled is in a condition
rated for the gas requested. Maybe he might be a little nervous about
pumping O2 through a dirty valve and into a tank full of accumulated hydro
carbons. What do you think those little stickers are suppose to represent?

Just kind of curios.
