     When you trim your latex do it a tiny bit at a time; it's easier to 
     take more off than to put it back on!  Also, you will get 
     progressively better at it.

     Viking recommends cutting the wrist and neck seals to about 15% 
     smaller than your wrist or neck size.  Still, it is trial and error.

     the neck can be tricky.  I used a straight edge and drew a guide line, 
     then cut the dam with a pair of long sharp scissors.  An extra pair of 
     hands really helps.
