What we are during now is multifaceted and is being conducted with a wide 
variety of people.  Upon completion of each step it will be published and 
presented in the appropriate professional and public arenas.  Until such 
time that the research is completed it is policy to not publish 
specifics.  When we are done with what will be of interest to those on this 
list I will make it available.
