Subject: Re: Oxygen Clock
Why doesn't he do this? Because the dives that we do are beyond his
ability to comprehend. The math alone you are asking him to do is too
complex for his calculator, let alone his mind. I tried this last year
when I would respond (now he and his blithering shit are filtered, I'm just
having a bad day today) to every post our beloved village idiot would
make. I did everything short of providing him written instructions on how
to do the math, he didn't do it then and he won't do it now. The only
reason he even pokes his head out of his hole it to get people fired
up. Most people use their computer to get off on porn, Black uses his to
get off on the responses we post.
The 100% "maximum" he is quoting is old data. Let me be the first to
introduce an alien concept to you Dr. Black, back gas breaks. I am sure
you must of heard of them somewhere, yes? You see the concept works like
this: the diver goes onto the lowest oxygen mix, and therefore highest He,
for that break depth, that will support life and spends 6 mins on
it. After the break he spends another 18 mins on the deco gas, you see
"doc" 1.6 is 1.6 is 1.6 is 1.6, (you get the point yet) so you take on O2
throughout the dive and (something I am sure your afraid off)
decompression. BG breaks allow a drop in O2 that lowers the problems
associated with the exposure. The body can handle this, and still
decompress (actually functions better, but we won't go into that), since it
is still saturated with O2, see this way you get the benefits of O2 (here I
mean any deco gas, you know 1.6 is 1.6 is 1.6) decompression while lowering
the problems and the associated risk. He, like most of the rest of the
world (hyperbaric medicine), is resting on their laurels and is too damn
afraid to step up and do something new. Why do anything different when the
20 year old stuff works, right?
Black go back to fucking with people's eyes and leave the diving world
to those that aren't afraid to "step up and pet the pony." Have you been
breathing 39% from your pony bottle at depth again? Taken any more short
term 3.0 PPO2 spikes, come on your a man, you can handle them, it's only
for a short time, right? The hyperthermia from living in that Arctic
Tundra hell hole you call home must be fucking with your cerebral
functioning again. GO the fuck away!
Scott Hunsucker, yes the same Scott Hunsucker from the WKPP that posted the
damn information that got your fucking panties in a wad and your maxi pads
all bunched up. Quit your fucking bitching and trying to be a hero to the
idiots and go hang out at 40' looking at the fish.
