I live in the Philippines. Halcyon is sold here, but there is no GUE or DIR training available. I think there are less than two dozen (24) locations where one can get DIR training worldwide. Very often I see fully Halcyon outfitted divers scuba diving with very poor diving habits and skills. For all intent and purposes these persons can be labelled as strokes by persons like Trey. I think it is HYPOCRITICAL of the DIR bigshots to declare that a DIR person must not dive (rule #1) or listen (Rule #2) to strokes; but it is perfectly DIR to sell a stroke gear.
