Karla,
Try a little experiment: figure your swimming (constant comfortable pace)
gas consumption, Now do the same thing with a scooter. What happened to the
gas consumption? Further, imagine ('cause I'm sure you don't do it for real)
that you're diving an expensive trimix at 200'+ and that you're limited to
using only a third of your gas before reversing course. Have any lights come
on yet? Karla, your comment is an uninformed personal attack based on a rec
diver mentality. If this is the stuff you want to contribute you should move
back to rec.scuba- it is too elementary for this list.
