I interpreted Thom post like that :
He wants to go to max 140ft, that is 43 m.
He wants to use a 25/75 O2 / N2 mix,
and decompress followiing the given scheme, which he says was derived
from calculating normal air, so to have an extra bit of conservatism.

Thom, is that right ?
