Aldo, are you talking about these tubes which glow for some hours, after you initially bend them sharply ? These may be regarded as non toxic, as my XOL informed me. She has done considerable research on the subject of fluorescence, phosphorescence, and the sensitivity of these phenomena in different matters to laser stimulus'.
