I've had a read of the "proposed" code.

I believe it's just another way to try and stop accidents by the "if you
see police you abide by law" syndromes.

Common sense could prevent some accidents but some people don't have common
sense.  Pity!

I'm not sure if the code has taken affect.  Does anyone know?

To answer your previous question, I did my OW (18m max) with Pro Dive
Carins Training Centre.
Being year on, I hope they are still the same if not better.

what about the recent changes ( or efforts to change ?) in legislation,
divewise in OZ ?
