Hi Cam,

look up Crouse Hinds, Sea Con or Impulse for connectors.

How do you turn them off once started? mmmmmmmm. :-)

Al G's doing is playing with the commutator lead pitch, number of turns per
coil slot
and the winding wire gauge. For the given application you can juggle these
around to
get an optimum wind for a given application. This is expensive unless you
can wind motors
yourself as its allot of stuffing around. He should be working towards
using rare earth
magnets and contra rotating props to really make a comfy scooter. ;-)
