The problem in the whole Northeast, other than the pockets of temporary sanity displayed by the Capt.JT - types operations - is that the diving is conducted from the bottom of the barrel up - the boat monkeys, freeloaders, and dive shop wizzards and other asorted street people are calling the shots. Here in Lauderdale those people woud be selling newspapers on the corners or roofing houses.
