I would be interested in knowing the decibel rating of the 
Dive Alert horn.  There is a new (2yr old) whistle out on the U.S.
market that is self bailing for water, and has two chambers for 
a VERY loud whistle.  I will try to find the exact dB rating for
it if it would be useful to compare.  I do know that without 
earplugs, it is painful to hear the whistle, if you are the person
blowing it.  Hoods help alot.  

	Current U.S. price is $5.  REI sells it mail order.
