Pyle, "Stupid" ( with a cap ) is the crap you tried to feed all of us about the wonderful "advantages" of jacking up the ppo2 on a rebreather through a dive and especially the deco that is beyond your wildest understanding and equivalent to Zambeck discussing scooters. Now that you have heard over and over again that it does not work that way, and now that your boy made an ass out of himself at Wakulla on that score, you have forgotten all of those Alice in Wonderland pronouncements you were so fond of blessing me with back in your dark days of ignorance about the kind of diving we do in the WKPP. Your boy tried it and found out it is not so easy, in fact, he could not get to first base - reality set in. Still to this day, your compatriots in RB land believe that a machine which holds the ppo2 constant at any level and has a deco computer will "get them out of the water faster", which of course is a riot since that is not what any of them are able to accomplish in practice. So between doing dives that we would use a single 80 for with a 20,000 machine and taking unnecessary risk, and doing decompressions that we would not even do, you guys have it all figured out. Back to your dive. I may be "stupid", since I have forgotten the learning points from that one and I know there were one or two besides your personal gross disregard for anyone and everyone else on the dive trip as you went off doing your "own thing" and making everyone else suffer the consequences as they had to deal with your self inflicted injuries on a liveaboard and ruining everyone else's trip , but, baring that, there was something interesting about the exertion part. Maybe you could make yourself useful other than to the TDI crowd as a David against me and discuss that and maybe help some of the other endomorphs out there so that they do not suffer the same fate on their next weenie dive. Tell us again, you dove to 90 feet for 45 minutes on the equivalent of 40% nitrox, decoed your sagging little titties off, and then got paralyzed and had to be hauled out of the water like a manatee? Or was it 40 feet for 90 minutes, or what? The only thing we learn from this is to go get a membership in the gym and start using the mouth tape. Maybe you could discuss the best make of wheelchair or incontinence products while you are at it... Every time I go by the "A-45 " beacon in Wakulla JJ and I laugh about how pissed off we would be if it took our setup divers 90 days to put our scooters in where your boy made his final stand - the third drop. 90 DAYS TO DO A SETUP DIVE. That's "technology" at work. What do we learn from that? See Rule Number One. -----Original Message----- From: Richard Pyle <deepreef@bi*.or*> To: Trey <trey@ne*.co*>; TechDiver List <techdiver@aquanaut.com> Date: Tuesday, July 11, 2000 8:41 PM Subject: RE: Hypocrisy is DCS in DIR > >Oh, so you *are* really that stupid. > >Rich > >> -----Original Message----- >> From: Trey [mailto:trey@ne*.co*] >> Sent: Tuesday, July 11, 2000 2:51 PM >> To: Richard Pyle; TechDiver List >> Subject: Re: Hypocrisy is DCS in DIR >> >> >> Richie, put out the dive your way and let's talk >> about it, or you talk about it and I will stay out >> of it.
