Matej,

Check your intermediate pressure, should be
around 140 PSI and steady except on demand where
it will show a drop. 

If you notice a gradual creep upwards while not
on demand, you have a faulty HP seal/seat.  In
this case, the second stage will bleed off the
excess IP.  

In the first instance, lower the IP just a bit.
In the latter instance, you will need to have new
HP seals/seats installed which should be covered
by warranty.
  
Most likely, it is the first scenario, high IP. 
Someone just miss tuned them on assembly.  The
shop should have checked them before delivery!

However, at this level of diving, one should
already know how to determine the above and
correct it with all due respect.  Not a flame,
just some food for thought.
