Does anybody know what is the problem with Apex Tx40 (50) 1st stages =
(membrane). Between our friends we have 5 Tx40 regs. They seem to have =
some sort of problem with 1st stages. They leak slowly (we swapped the =
2nd stages and it did not help) so that you have continuous small stream =
of bubbles coming out of the second stage. That happened in 2 cases.=20
We decided for Apex based on the list recommendations and we took =
membrane dry 1st stages because we frequently dive in cold waters. Both =
leaking regs are well maintained and almost new (in fact one came =
leaking new) and the other has less than 20 dives. The rest of us are =
now very worried. (because we thought we bought good regs...)
1) Is this common for TX40 (TX50 has the same 1st stage) and what =
shall I do.=20
2) What is the cause of this/how to solve it.
