Ok PancakePoet, For starters, why don't you ask Jim why he would have better sense than to go get air from a "Fire Department" pump like you told the Navy guys to do. Of course, they already know why they would not use it. Question is, why are you breathing it? BTW, I honor Navy cards! Might question yours though....
