I think that we should also consider the act of scuttling
as good practice and an opportunity in itself to test out
Air Force weapons systems.  I therefore propose giving it to
the Air Force Armament Division at Eglin AFB to test out
their missiles and bombs with, just like they did with the
USS Ozark.

We would have the added bonus of not having to sink it
ourselves.
