I will be attending the Naval War College's "National
Security Symposium" at Naval Station Treasure Island
in four weeks.  All the Naval Officer's that know 
anything about anything ('cept me of course) will be
there.  I'll ask if anyone knows how to go about 
"aquiring" a naval ship for this kind of purpose.  I
would think that cost would be minimal.  Hazmat would
already be gone before they do anything with it, and
prep for a reef would be reasonably simple (a few
dedicated divers with some metal cutting equipment?).


I will of course be looking into having it scuttled
off the California Coast...
