That's a possibility. The US Navy is shrinking from over 500 ships to about 
300. Some of the older mothballed ships will have to go to make room for the 
newer ones to be mothballed.

Yes, with the good weather there and the dive boat operations they have, a lot 
of people could see it.

My personal preference is North Carolina (I'm from Raleigh, :-). the dive 
season here is pretty long and we get warm, clear Gulf Stream water offshore. 
There are lots of dive operations and it is closer to most of the population 
on the East Coast than Florida.

I think it would be neat to put it near Wilmington, where the Battleship North 
Carolina is on display. Then you could see one above and below the water on 
the same trip. Sort of a battleship park.
