Ben, Try Jim Cobb's Trimix site at http://www.cisatlantic.com/trimix/trimix.html It has pages devoted to the subject of assembling doubles. Buy or make a transfer hose (2 yoke's, one with bleed screw and 1 HP hose) and after you put your doubles together transfer some air from another tank so they aren't "empty", also works for singles you sucked dry <g>.
