Is there a prefered method or a site that explains how to assemble doubles 
(with a Sea Elite manifold) or is it as obvious as it seems?  Since, when I 
bring my empty, assembled doubls to get filled the dive shop guys will 
inevitably take em apart to inspect them are there any issues I should be 
concerned about?

ps:  What's up with forcing inspections on empty aluminum tanks.  The 
miniscule amount of moisture that will get into your tank because it was 
emptied on land will be the same amount that gets in when they inspect the 
tank.  Am I missing some sound logic here?  And - is moisture really that 
big of a deal with aluminum tanks anyway?
