For those interested in the Oceanic rebreather, Scuba Times magazine 
(published in the USA) had an interview with Robert (Bob) Hollis in their 
December 1994 issue. It didn't have a lot of details but was interesting.

They have a section in the magazine called Advanced Diving Journal that focused 
on rebreathers in that issue.

You may be able to order that issue or a reprint. Subscriptions are $15 (USD) 
per year for six issues.
