Well, my left hip d-ring was getting kind of crowded with primary reel,
backup reel, and pony bottle lower sling clip. I thought I'd put the
reels in back. Guess not. Want to buy some large hoseclamps?
Can I bend my hip d-ring 45 degrees? Use a welded one? The problem is
trying to get a reel back on there while holding the damn bolt snap
open. Inevitably the pony bottle knocks the d-ring flat before I can
get the reel on it. Suggestions welcomed.
