Interesting range of cases. I note, however that no where do you list "diver that was properly trained, had perfect gear, a competent instructor, a competent boat and adequate training procedures, but still fucked up and now the family is looking to cash in." I'm just sick of seeing people not accepting responsibility for themselves. I don't blame you personally Mr. Hall, it is a pattern in our society that appears to be be growing. It is a poor lesson for our children to learn-that we don't need to accept responsibilty for our actions-just point the finger. I don't think the bodies were cold before the families of the shooter in Atlanta filed their suits against...get this..the parents of the ADULT SHOOTER. That's just plain wrong. In response to your question, most of my cases involve bad gear, incompetent instructors, incompetent boats and inadequate training procedures. We also represent a lot of commercial divers and divers involved in treasure/salvage disputes. Check out the web site. http://www.divelawyer.com/ Call me if I can ever assist you. 1-800-diver 55.
