Interesting range of cases. I note, however that no where do you list "diver
that was properly trained, had perfect gear, a competent instructor, a
competent boat and adequate training procedures, but still fucked up and now
the family is looking to cash in."

I'm just sick of seeing people not accepting responsibility for themselves. I
don't blame you personally Mr. Hall, it is a pattern in our society that
appears to be be growing.

It is a poor lesson for our children to learn-that we don't need to accept
responsibilty for our actions-just point the finger.

I don't think the bodies were cold before the families of the shooter in
Atlanta filed their suits against...get this..the parents of the ADULT SHOOTER.

That's just plain wrong.

Actually I prefer tropical weight wool. In response to your question, most of my
cases involve bad gear, incompetent instructors, incompetent boats and
inadequate
training procedures. We also represent a lot of commercial divers and divers
involved in treasure/salvage disputes. Check out the web site.
