Simon,

Sure, good reason. The function of data logging seems to be the only reason
for wearing a computer. When does a manufacturer come out with the
downloadable bottomtimer!!!
Reason number two does not seem to be relevant to me, but I could be wrong
here. What would be useful about this information you provide? You develop
problems in the bottomfase of your dive?! 
Treatment in the chamber will be according symptoms developed, not
according your ascent rate or other specifics you can provide with your
computer or am I wrong here?
