Kent et al.: Do you really think Congress is going to jump up and do something? Let's get a grip here... I have worked on the Hill, talked to many Congressmen, etc. and they all say they will "look into it." They draft a press release and then they let it drop (or punt it to someone else). SOP. Regardless, just for shits and giggles, what (realistic) tangible regulation could they propose that hasn't been instituted by the industry - whatever agency you wish - already? Individuals in America have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness -- intelligence and common sense are not necessarily birth rights; people will continue to get themselves killed in whatever activity they choose - government regulated or not.
