No, there's another word for it: grandstanding. The idiot will rant about
it for  awhile and maybe hold some hearings, get some headlines. If by some
stretch they really got around to doing somethng, if would probably be a
bill to make every dive shop display the 10 commandments.

Hanggliding, rockclimbing, and even skiing for godsakes kill more people
than techdiving. Do you notice the government rushing in to regulate them?
