Denis: My post did involve comment on the Seeker protocol (or a potential lack thereof) per se; I was responding to the posts sent by individuals who thought the "sky was falling" due to Congress or government regulation. While I understand that the Coast Guard or others have the authority to regulate (tech)diving, it just simply is not practical nor realistic. That is the realm of my post - nor more - no less. I'll let everyone else beat up on the Seeker or conjecture and speculate on how this guy bought the farm. >It does no one good to have this kind of attention drawn to our sport.
